Landry began his career in the mid-1960’s, devoting much of his efforts to energy and governmental affairs.
In conjunction with the aforementioned areas, Landry has managed and/or supported Louisiana state and district candidacies of incumbent officials for such offices as United States senator, congressman, governor, attorney general, judge, district attorney, sheriff and state legislature and has lobbied the Louisiana state legislature on behalf of the oil and gas industry.
He has also provided jury consultation in two high-profile RICO criminal trials, and has been a plaintiff in multiple civil trials.
Additionally, Landry has been the founder, president and CEO of several oil and gas service
companies, and has held senior management positions with other oil and gas service companies, as well as an oil and gas exploration and production company.
Landry’s expertise, and value, is his technical and operational knowledge of oil and gas upstream operations/technologies and his established personal relations with senior and technical management of manyof the industry’s independent and major producers, as well as state and federally elected officials.

Additionally, Talon offers governmental affairs and energy financial advisory services on a consulting basis. |

Became one of Champion’s top salesmen nationwide, and within three years after resignation to found Great Southern, Champion increased its pilot/sales force to four aircraft in the same area. |

Duties encompassed complete responsibility for my area that included both field and executive sales, servicing accounts, conducting numerous tests and writing reports instituting chemical programs. A report I wrote concerning oil treatment for Chevron Oil Company at Barataria, Louisiana was used for years by Nalco for advertisement in the Oil & Gas Journal. |
