Provided Services as an Energy Expert and/or Jury Consultant

I. Can act as a testifying witness, discovery-exempt trial consultant and/or jury consultant.

II. Can assist in determining whether the prima facie case evidence has merit.

III. Can provide an overview of the energy industry, and its machinations.

IV. Can provide specifics of the energy industry, and its machinations.

V. Can describe engineering, mechanical and physics applications so that lay persons, including counsel, judges and jury, can understand same.

VI. Can provide visual aids, such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, etc., that allow lay persons to better understand complex engineering, mechanical and physics issues.

VII. Can provide case cause and effect information.

VIII. Can offer case/trial development assistance in preparation of pleadings/counterclaims; discovery depositions, interrogatories and document demands; motions; subpoenas; pre-trial and post-trial briefs, to include composition of opening and closing statements, preparing direct and cross examinations, providing jury instructions to the court and preparing witnesses to testify; etc.

IX. Can obtain other highly, and specifically qualified experts.

X. Due to extensive study, experience and interaction relative to sociology, psychology and philosophy, as well as specific trial experience, can provide jury evaluation and advice, both during the voir dire and trial.
